Beef cattle farmers in Soko District are still based on prices from intermediary traders because there is no benchmark price the government, so have a weak bargaining position. The purpose of this research was to determine level marketing efficiency beef channel. study conducted District, Tuban Regency, with 60 respondents consisting 43 breeders, 14 collectors, and three slaughters. March June 2022. A sampling breeders carried out by purposive sampling, snowball identify channels. analysis done identifying channels functions, analyzing margin, farmer's share, efficiency, profitability index each results showed that two models first model called A, channel for cattle, B, beef. I Model most efficient. In contrast, meat, more efficient than Channel II B. Based share calculations four has value >50% <5%. Breeders advised choose shortest cattle. at young age can be sold through these already according margin analysis, index. For mature ages, sell directly slaughters such as B get maximum profits.
